We are seeking a dedicated educator who excels at teaching phonetic principles and fostering early literacy development. Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive phonics instruction using evidence-based teaching methodologies
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and pace
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support literacy development
- Integrate digital tools and innovative teaching strategies into phonics instruction
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cohesive curriculum implementation
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and character development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and literacy milestones
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or related field
- Proven teaching experience in phonics or early literacy instruction
- Strong knowledge of phonetic systems and reading development
- Certification in teaching or equivalent professional qualification
