Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to nursery-level students
- Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Implement modern teaching methodologies and integrate dual learning systems effectively
- Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and provide constructive feedback to parents
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to ensure curriculum excellence
- Ensure classroom safety, discipline, and adherence to school policies
- Participate in professional development and school activities
- National Certificate in Education (NCE) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven nursery or early childhood teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate pedagogical practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and passion for nurturing young learners
- Professional certification in early childhood education (advantage)
