The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for all hotel linens, guest laundry, and staff uniforms, playing a vital role in overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, sort, and process soiled linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry efficiently.
- Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and pressing equipment safely.
- Treat stains, inspect items for damage, and report issues to management.
- Fold, stack, and deliver cleaned items to appropriate hotel departments.
- Maintain proper inventory of linens and laundry supplies, reporting shortages.
- Keep the laundry workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel or hospitality laundry operations.
- Strong ability to operate and maintain commercial laundry equipment.
- Excellent physical stamina to lift, carry, bend, and stand for long hours.
- Basic knowledge of textile care, cleaning chemicals, and safety procedures.
- Effective time management, organizational, and communication skills.
