We are currently looking to hire a talented, driven, and experienced Investment Banking Officer / Deposit Mobilizer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence, managing key client relationships, and driving deposit mobilization strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to promote financial products and services.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery to all customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Generate high-quality sales leads to actively expand the company customer base and portfolio.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures, compliance guidelines, and business practices.
- Achieve established performance and deposit mobilization targets within specific time frames.
- Collaborate with team members to identify new market opportunities and improve retail financial offerings.
- Candidate must possess a B.Sc, HND, or OND in any relevant discipline.
- OND holders must have a minimum of 3 years of cognate work experience.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven work experience in investment banking, financial sales, or deposit mobilization.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Possess a friendly, approachable, intelligent, and pleasant personality with strong leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
