About the Role
Teestone Hotel & Apartments is a modern boutique hotel located in the peaceful neighborhood of Ikeja, just 15 minutes from Murtala Muhammed International Airport. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Hotel Manager to lead our operations, elevate guest experiences, and drive business growth in a stylish and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security departments.
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate hotel staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve all guest complaints and special requests.
- Monitor departmental budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth and occupancy rates.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, security, and hospitality regulations across all facilities.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to enhance the hotel's market presence and corporate partnerships.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or senior operations within a reputable hospitality brand.
- Strong proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional leadership, financial acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills.
