Teestone Hotel & Apartments is a modern boutique hotel located in the peaceful neighborhood of Ikeja, just 15 minutes from Murtala Muhammed International Airport. We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Experienced Front Desk Personnel to serve as the vibrant first point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring every visitor experiences our signature warmth from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while adhering to hotel standards.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions in Lagos.
- Process payments accurately, manage billing records, and reconcile daily transactions.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly with a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure optimal room readiness.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk and reception environment.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience as a front desk officer, hotel receptionist, or customer service representative in the hospitality industry.
- HND or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields is an added advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural flair for customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and calmness under pressure.
