About the Role
Tanzeel Colleges International, a leading Islamic educational institution in Nigeria, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nanny / Early Years Carer to join our vibrant community. In this role, you will provide exceptional care, foundational early childhood education, and moral guidance (tarbiyyah) to our young learners, ensuring a safe, loving, and stimulating environment that aligns with our core Islamic principles and institutional mission.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive, loving, and safe daily care for infants and young children in our care.
- Implement early childhood development activities that foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Model exemplary Islamic character, patience, and kindness in daily interactions.
- Partner with parents and educators to ensure consistent routines and developmental milestones are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment conducive to learning and play.
- Handle all duties with a strong sense of amanah (trust) and professionalism.
- Minimum of a NCE, OND, or certification in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working as a nanny, early years caregiver, or nursery teacher.
- Deep understanding of child development principles and positive discipline techniques.
- Aligned with the Islamic values, ethos, and tarbiyyah practices of Tanzeel Colleges International.
- Exceptional communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- First aid certification is a strong advantage.
