Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inventory planning requirements to ensure seamless integration of supply chain and operations processes for designated product service lines.
  • Gather business outlooks from Product Service Lines and Business Development teams to execute inventory plans against demand forecasts.
  • Review forecasts and replenishment recommendations generated by inventory planning tools.
  • Lead inventory planning meetings and ensure all resulting action items are successfully executed.
  • Provide coaching and training to Material Control Specialists and serve as a team lead for small work groups or project teams.
  • Manage direct responsibilities and impact financial goals and objectives for the business.
Qualifications
  • Completion of a two-year degree, with a four-year undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Applied Math, Finance, Accounting, or Business strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience in materials management, procurement, or logistics, or a four-year degree combined with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong computer literacy and advanced analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex supply chain problems.
