Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging English lessons using modern teaching techniques and dual learning systems
- Create comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and school initiatives
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development
- Utilize school facilities and educational technology to enrich learning experiences
- Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, or related discipline
- Teaching certification or professional qualification (PGDE, NCCE, or equivalent)
- Proven teaching experience at secondary or equivalent level
- Strong command of English language and communication skills
- Familiarity with contemporary teaching methodologies and digital learning tools
