Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver problem-based learning experiences connecting classroom concepts to real-world community challenges.
- Facilitate student-centered lessons using interactive, visual, and practical teaching methods.
- Provide personalized instruction and regular constructive feedback to students and parents or guardians.
- Assess and document student progress using innovative project-based evaluation methods.
- Participate actively in peer lesson plan reviews and contribute to ongoing curriculum development.
- Engage in regular team meetings and professional development training sessions.
- Partner effectively with parents, community stakeholders, and fellow educators.
- Uphold Talent Mine Academy child protection policies with unwavering commitment.
- Model the positive leadership qualities we aim to develop in our students.
- Prepare and submit detailed termly reports on the students in your classroom.
- Take complete ownership of our organizational mission and values.
- Bachelor degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
- Demonstrated professional experience working with young children, preferably with a strong classroom background.
- Strong understanding of modern learner-centered teaching practices.
- Physical ability to work actively with children and manage dynamic classroom activities.
- Genuine belief in every child potential regardless of their socioeconomic background.
- Willingness to follow school policies while contributing creative ideas.
- Strong moral compass and interpersonal skills for managing diverse student and teacher groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of student information.
- Commitment to continuous professional improvement and learning.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite applications including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
