Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver problem-based learning experiences that connect chemistry concepts to real-world community challenges.
- Facilitate student-centered science lessons using interactive, visual, and practical laboratory methods.
- Provide personalized academic instruction and regular constructive feedback to students and parents or guardians.
- Assess and document student progress accurately using project-based evaluation methods and produce detailed termly reports.
- Participate actively in peer lesson plan reviews, curriculum development, and professional development sessions.
- Partner with parents, community stakeholders, and fellow educators to foster a supportive learning ecosystem.
- Uphold Talent Mine's child protection policies with unwavering commitment and model exemplary leadership qualities.
- Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Chemistry, or a relevant science degree with a teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated experience working with children, with a strong preference for prior classroom teaching experience.
- Strong understanding of modern learner-centered and practical teaching practices.
- Genuine belief in every child's potential regardless of their socioeconomic background.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing Google Suite tools including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
