Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the Montessori and broad balanced curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and orderly prepared classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
- Integrate modern educational technology seamlessly into daily lessons to enhance early childhood learning outcomes.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, maintaining comprehensive developmental records and communicating regularly with parents.
- Instill strong moral values, discipline, and godly principles in line with the school's core mission and vision.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize school events, extracurricular activities, and curriculum planning sessions.
- Possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or a relevant degree with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience in an early years setting.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to utilize digital tools for interactive teaching.
- Relevant professional certifications in early childhood education will be an added advantage.
- Must reside within the Amuwo Odofin axis and its close environs in Lagos State.
