Reliable Steel & Plastic Ind. Ltd., a trusted leader in manufacturing since 1998, is seeking a dedicated and result-driven Assembly Supervisor to join our factory team in Nigeria. In this role, you will oversee assembly operations for popular consumer goods including coolers, food flasks, and thermoware products, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and production targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily assembly department activities, ensuring efficient production workflows.
  • Plan and allocate manpower effectively across assembly lines and workstations.
  • Monitor output, productivity, and work-in-progress to consistently meet daily targets.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and promptly handle defective products to minimize wastage.
  • Train, guide, motivate, and maintain strict discipline among assembly operators.
  • Identify production bottlenecks and implement practical, effective solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate production records and submit comprehensive shift reports to management.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Store departments.

Qualifications
  • Possess an OND, HND, B.Sc., or B.Tech in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven supervisory experience within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Direct experience in plastic manufacturing, coolers, food flasks, or thermoware assembly is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management capabilities.
  • Must be physically fit, resilient, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced factory setting.
