As a Vehicle Operations Check-In/Check-Out Officer at MAX, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily vehicle movements, maintaining precise digital inventory records, and delivering exceptional operational support in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of all vehicle movements into and out of company premises using the MAX ONE software.
- Conduct thorough pre-check-in and post-check-in inspections to ascertain and document vehicle conditions.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing vehicles are properly processed and updated in the system in real-time.
- Update vehicle inactivity data regularly on the MAX ONE platform to maintain fleet visibility.
- Liaise closely with the maintenance team to route vehicles needing servicing and generate clear maintenance logs.
- Deliver outstanding operational support and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams.
- Minimum of an OND in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a similar fleet, logistics, or operations role.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in basic data entry and inventory software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
