Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities that align with Montessori principles and early childhood standards.
- Provide attentive care, supervision, and a secure environment to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of every toddler.
- Maintain a positive, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to independent exploration and learning.
- Evaluate and report students’ academic, social, and emotional progress to parents and school administration regularly.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support the holistic development of each child.
- Possession of an NCE, B.Ed, or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Must have successfully completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Demonstrated experience working as a toddler or preschool teacher in a reputable educational setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching, early childhood development, and the Montessori educational approach.
