Treasure Heights Montessori School, a premier citadel of learning situated in the heart of Enugu State, is looking for a dedicated and qualified Nursery Classroom Teacher to join our esteemed academic community. In this role, you will play a foundational part in shaping the early educational journey of our nursery pupils, fostering a love for learning in a supportive and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging daily lessons across core nursery subjects in alignment with the Montessori curriculum.
- Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive, and well-organized classroom environment conducive to early childhood development.
- Monitor, evaluate, and comprehensively report on students' academic, social, and emotional progress.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow educators and parents to support holistic child development.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies that encourage positive behavior and active engagement.
- Possession of an NCE, B.Ed, or equivalent recognized educational qualification.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability in effective classroom management and lesson planning.
