We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Experience Center Agent to join our team at the Addo Badore location in Lagos State.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guidance to walk-in customers on our product and service offerings.
- Educate customers and potential clients regarding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and delivery timelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to GIGL's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the sending, safekeeping, receiving, and releasing of parcels.
- Maintain high visibility of shipments as they move through the network by applying appropriate system scans.
- Drive client satisfaction by ensuring services are delivered according to agreed SLAs.
- Serve guests by providing accurate product and service information related to delivery lifecycles, rates, and payment options.
- Resolve customer complaints by clarifying issues, determining causes, explaining best solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure full resolution.
- Eliminate the possibility of shipping contraband and prohibited goods by conducting 100% inspection of all parcels brought for shipping.
- Promote and cross-sell company products to drive business growth.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
- Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using digital tools and software.
