About the Role
Uncle Stan's Foods is a leading small chops company known for its unique finger food taste all over Lagos. We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Expansion Officer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling our brand footprint by identifying, evaluating, and launching new outlets across strategic locations in Lagos, ensuring our delicious offerings reach even more customers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, and recommend high-potential locations for new outlets and business operations throughout Lagos.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze local consumer demographics, foot traffic, and competitor landscapes.
- Perform site visits, assess property conditions, and prepare comprehensive site evaluation reports.
- Liaise and negotiate with landlords, property agents, local government authorities, and relevant external stakeholders.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments including Operations, Finance, Procurement, and HR to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor expansion timelines, budgets, and deliverables while mitigating potential project risks.
- Track the initial performance of newly launched locations and provide actionable feedback to management.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business expansion, business development, retail operations, or real estate coordination.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting market research, financial cost awareness, and site assessments.
- Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across Lagos for site inspections and stakeholder meetings.
