We are currently seeking a visionary Executive Vice President, Evidence to join our Global Leadership Team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will unite our evidence generation, monitoring, learning, and cost-effectiveness modeling into a single cohesive strategy while maintaining rigorous, independent quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

As our EVP of Evidence, you will drive organizational impact through strategic leadership:

  • Oversee technical and strategic aspects of our evidence teams, integrating MLE, cost-effectiveness modeling, and epidemiology into a unified framework.
  • Own independent quality assurance by establishing rigorous standards, addressing uncertainty, and enforcing data quality standards.
  • Serve as a technical thought partner to global teams, leveraging modern data tools and AI to enhance decision-making.
  • Represent Evidence Action externally, engaging donors, technical partners, and the board on our evaluation methodologies.
Qualifications

We are looking for an exceptional leader with a robust operational and academic background:

  • A PhD or equivalent quantitative expertise with a strong background in health economics, cost-effectiveness, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience leading technical teams in low- and middle-income country contexts with operational grounding.
  • Demonstrated courage to act on evidence, surface uncomfortable findings, and guide organizational strategy.
  • Proven capability in change management, building trust, and leading multi-disciplinary teams across cultures.
