About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Executive - Quality Control to join our dynamic team in Nigeria, playing a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for safety, efficacy, and trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples using advanced laboratory equipment like HPLC, GC, and UV Spectrophotometers.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), GLP, and regulatory standards including NAFDAC and WHO guidelines.
  • Investigate Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and deviations while supporting root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
  • Maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring calibration, validation, and maintenance are executed according to schedule.
  • Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and guarantee timely release of materials and products while adhering to data integrity principles (ALCOA+).
  • Support internal and external audits, including official regulatory inspections.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing quality control environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of advanced analytical techniques and laboratory instrumentation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of GMP, GLP, and relevant regulatory requirements such as NAFDAC and WHO standards.
