About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Officer (Registerial) to join our administration department at our campus in Mowe, Ogun State. In this pivotal support role, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the registry, ensuring seamless administrative workflows, efficient record-keeping, and excellent service delivery to students, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to upholding the high standards of our institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the general administration and daily operations of the university registry department.
  • Maintain, update, and manage official university records, files, and databases accurately.
  • Draft, type, and proofread official correspondence, memos, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide secretarial support for university committees, meetings, and official ceremonies.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between the registry and other university departments, faculties, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle routine inquiries from students, staff, and the general public with professionalism and tact.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the Registrar or university management.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized polytechnic.
  • Proven experience working in an administrative or office support role, preferably within an educational institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
