About the Role
KolaDaisi University (KDU), a premier private institution licensed by the National Universities Commission, is currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Administrative Officer II. Established by the Kola Daisi Foundation, our university is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, innovation, and holistic youth development. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can support our daily administrative operations, ensure seamless workflow efficiency, and contribute to the overall growth and institutional goals of the university for the upcoming 2026/2027 academic session.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the day-to-day administration and management of university departmental operations.
- Coordinate meetings, take accurate minutes, and manage correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive filing systems, records, and databases for staff and students.
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of university events, meetings, and academic ceremonies.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure compliance with university policies and administrative guidelines.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the University Management or Head of Department.
- Possession of a good Bachelor's degree from a recognized and accredited university.
- Must be fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Mandatory possession of the NYSC Discharge Certificate or Certificate of Exemption.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced academic environment with minimal supervision.
