Key Responsibilities- Cooperate seamlessly with other department managers to align company goals and foster a collaborative working environment.

- Communicate successfully and empathetically with all team members across the department, adapting to diverse personalities.
- Allocate budgets efficiently and implement robust policies and procedures to achieve set institutional goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Proven professional experience in an executive management or senior leadership role.
