About the Role
DKT International is seeking a mature, experienced, and professional Executive Driver to provide safe, reliable, and discreet transportation services for our senior management and authorized personnel in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional driving skills with a deep knowledge of Lagos traffic patterns, routes, and alternative paths to ensure seamless daily commutes and business travel.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, comfortable, and timely transportation to executives and authorized personnel for business engagements and meetings.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Lagos Island, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, and the wider Lagos metropolis.
- Utilize navigation applications such as Google Maps and Waze effectively to minimize travel delays.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive movements, conversations, and corporate information.
- Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring optimal levels for oil, water, fuel, tires, and brakes.
- Keep the assigned vehicle exceptionally clean and coordinate routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs promptly.
- Adhere strictly to road safety regulations, defensive driving techniques, and company transport policies.
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or equivalent; OND/NCE serves as an added advantage.
- Valid Nigerian Driver's Licence with a completely clean driving record.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a corporate or executive driver.
- Extensive familiarity with Lagos roads, landmarks, and traffic management strategies.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Must reside on Lagos Island or within close proximity, such as Ikoyi, Victoria Island, or Lekki.
