About the Role
Noreta Constructions Limited is a leading construction firm specializing in high-quality residential construction projects, with overall objectives of delivering excellence and building exceptional homes for all. We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive professional and personal support to our Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and supporting documents, take minutes, and track action points.
- Draft and manage professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive documents.
- Screen and prioritize requests, communications, invitations, and matters requiring executive attention.
- Liaise professionally with employees, clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and business partners.
- Track instructions, deadlines, commitments, and deliverables, proactively following up with responsible parties.
- Conduct research and prepare summaries, reports, trackers, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation logistics.
- Travel with the Managing Director for business meetings, site visits, conferences, and events.
- Handle confidential business and personal information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Assist with personal errands, appointments, reservations, purchases, and other authorized personal assignments.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Social Sciences, Law, or a related discipline.
- Previous professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Executive, or Office Manager.
- Prior experience supporting a Managing Director, CEO, Founder, or senior executive is a strong advantage.
- Industry background in construction, engineering, real estate, or property development is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Must be willing, available, and flexible to travel as required by executive engagements.
- Competitive monthly salary of ₦250,000, eligible for review after six months subject to performance.
