About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive, smart, and self-driven Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Director of CINQTEOS Investments Limited. In this critical role, you will act as the right hand to our leadership, ensuring seamless daily operations, effective communication, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Executive Director’s daily schedule, travel logistics, and prioritization of tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the Executive Director and internal or external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication channels.
  • Coordinate Board meetings, prepare comprehensive agendas, compile meeting materials, and document accurate minutes.
  • Track ongoing corporate projects, ensure strict adherence to deadlines, and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Conduct research and assist in drafting reports, presentations, and proposals for high-stakes business discussions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role supporting leadership.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines autonomously.
  • High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
