We are recruiting a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in delivering strategic administrative and project coordination services on a high-profile government recruitment project. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the CEO, managing calendar, meetings, travel, and competing priorities
- Coordinate all aspects of the government recruitment project, ensuring deadlines and milestones are consistently met
- Liaise with internal teams, government representatives, clients, candidates, and external stakeholders
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, meeting agendas, briefing documents, and correspondence
- Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and follow up on action items
- Screen communications, prioritise urgent matters, and draft professional correspondence
- Maintain accurate project records, recruitment documentation, and confidential files with the highest discretion
- Anticipate CEO needs and proactively resolve potential challenges
- Minimum 4 years' experience supporting C-suite executives in executive assistant or similar roles
- Demonstrated experience in complex recruitment, government, or project-based operations
- Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills
- Fluent written and verbal English communication abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with project-management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar)
- Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field (preferred)
