About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented and discreet Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our vibrant team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will act as the administrative backbone for our chief executive, ensuring seamless daily operations and high-level coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and corporate engagements efficiently.
  • Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders, maintaining utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and vital executive documents.
  • Anticipate the executive's needs, manage multiple shifting priorities, and execute tasks proactively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role supporting C-Suite executives.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity collaboration tools.
  • Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
