About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and discrete Executive Assistant to provide exceptional strategic, administrative, and lifestyle management support directly to our Chairperson.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all household employees, ensuring seamless domestic operations and high standards of service.
  • Coordinate meticulous concierge services, appointments, and relationships with external vendors for the Chairperson and family.
  • Plan and execute complex domestic and international travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and schedules.
  • Oversee the maintenance, care, and management of all fixed and movable assets, including vehicles, watercraft, and properties.
  • Oversee household and office budgets, expense tracking, and financial accountability to mitigate wastage and fraud.
  • Utilize ERP systems and AI proficiency to streamline daily operations and administrative workflows.
  • Provide responsive assistance for daily requests, including availability during evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline combined with professional business or administrative certifications.
  • 10 to 15 years of proven experience in executive assistance, household management, or high-net-worth administrative support.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in modern ERP systems and AI applications for business efficiency.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and team management skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence in handling confidential matters.
