Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, process, and distribute incoming correspondence, faxes, and documents to appropriate personnel and guests accurately.
  • Maintain office equipment functionality, coordinate maintenance services, and follow up promptly to resolve technical issues.
  • Enter, retrieve, and update information in computer databases, managing records, files, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Assist management with employee relations, including onboarding, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and upholding company policies.
  • Welcome guests according to Marriott standards, anticipate service needs, answer property-related questions, and resolve inquiries professionally.
  • Foster positive working relationships with coworkers, support team goals, and communicate clearly using professional language and telephone etiquette.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in office productivity software and database management systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize daily tasks effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Physical capability to perform routine office duties, including lifting objects up to 10 pounds.
