We are currently looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team in Lagos on a full-time, on-site basis.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and ensure seamless daily scheduling.
- Handle confidential correspondence and act as a primary point of contact between senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Organize detailed travel itineraries and accommodations for executives.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile accurate expense reports and financial documentation.
- Draft, format, and polish professional presentations, reports, and internal memos.
- Support the execution of key organizational projects and administrative process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience providing executive support in a corporate, banking, or financial services environment.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and virtual conferencing platforms.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with professional etiquette.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
