We are dedicated to driving organizational growth and sustainability, and we are currently looking for a talented and proactive Executive Assistant to join our thriving team in Lagos.
As our Executive Assistant, you will act as the right hand to our leadership, ensuring that our executive office runs smoothly, efficiently, and with utmost discretion. This role requires a sharp professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex executive calendars, appointments, and daily schedules with precision.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare comprehensive agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Draft and prepare professional reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal communications with high professionalism.
- Organize seamless travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for management.
- Maintain secure, highly confidential records, files, and executive documentation.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- Monitor critical deadlines and ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events and special meetings.
- Perform general administrative duties and office management tasks as required.
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask under pressure.
- Proximity to Ikeja and its environs will be considered a distinct advantage.
