We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with our C-suite, serving as a vital force multiplier, thought partner, and execution leader for executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Executive Office and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow.
  • Track high-impact initiatives and business priorities, ensuring follow-through and accountability across departments.
  • Prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations, and memos for executive decision-making.
  • Facilitate effective meetings by developing agendas, recording and tracking action items, and supporting cross-functional communication.
  • Lead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the Executive Office.
  • Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level engagements with absolute discretion.
  • Anticipate leadership needs proactively, handle sensitive correspondence, and support day-to-day business operations.
  • Provide critical administrative support during board meetings, strategy offsites, and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; business-related degrees are an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting executive leadership or managing operational functions.
  • Prior experience in the tech, financial services, or fast-paced startup environment.
  • Exceptional business writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong attention to detail, and a proven bias for execution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and corporate productivity tools.
