About the Role

Headquartered in Lagos with a global presence, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Facility Manager to join our growing team and ensure our properties operate at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise routine maintenance, cleaning, and groundskeeping work to maintain optimal facility standards.
- Inspect building structures regularly and determine necessary repairs or preventive actions.
- Monitor completed work by staff and contractors, ensuring high standards and following up on deficiencies.
- Respond promptly and effectively to facility emergencies and urgent issues.
- Maintain general safety, security, access control, and the overall aesthetic environment of company facilities.
- Review maintenance plans, supervise renovations, and ensure specifications are met.
- Ensure buildings comply strictly with environmental health and safety regulations.
- Manage vendor contracts, procurement processes, lease agreements, and maintain an updated asset register.
- Coordinate, lead, and train multi-disciplinary teams including maintenance, grounds, and custodial workers.
- Provide timely performance reports to the Head of Facilities.
- BSc or HND in Estate Management or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in estate or facility management.
- Technically competent with strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract management, lease administration, and team leadership.
- High level of integrity, strong interpersonal communication, and numerical skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter while demonstrating excellent business judgment.
