About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our professional team in Lagos. In this pivotal role, you will act as the administrative backbone for our executive leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, efficient calendar management, and effective stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting materials, including agendas, slide presentations, and accurate minutes.
  • Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the executive.
  • Coordinate seamless travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, flights, and accommodations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and proofread official business correspondence, reports, and high-level documents.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company data, financial records, and executive communications.
  • Track pending action items and proactively follow up on key deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize and maintain robust physical and electronic filing systems for quick document retrieval.
  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events, board meetings, and strategic special projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional etiquette.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise high levels of discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
