About the Role
CIG Motor Ltd, the authorized distributor of GAC Motor in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and creative Events & Experiential Specialist to elevate our brand presence across the country. In this role, you will design, plan, and execute high-impact brand activations, test-drive campaigns, major product launches, and strategic sponsorships that resonate with our target audience and drive lead generation.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, high-profile exhibitions, test-drive sessions, and new vehicle launches.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, production timelines, and on-the-ground operations for flawless execution.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors, venues, and creative suppliers.
- Control event budgets meticulously, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective delivery.
- Design engaging experiential marketing concepts that deepen customer connections and boost brand loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and dealership teams to align event activities with business goals.
- Track, evaluate, and report on key performance metrics including attendance, lead generation, and return on investment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of proven professional experience in events management or experiential marketing.
- Prior working experience within the automotive industry or a fast-paced consumer goods sector is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, supplier sourcing, and vendor negotiations.
- Exceptional creativity in conceptualizing experiential campaigns that capture market attention.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
