About the Role
P-GAT Industries is seeking a skilled and dedicated EV & Fleet Technician to join our landmark ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem in Adamawa State, Nigeria. Launched as part of a major N300 billion green transport modernization initiative, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of sustainable regional logistics and electric vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough inspections, preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs of electric tricycles and diverse fleet assets.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related system faults accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date service and maintenance records for all assigned vehicles.
- Support maximum fleet uptime, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to safety standards.
- Participate in field activities and work across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Automobile Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, EV Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in EV maintenance, automotive repair, electrical systems, or fleet technical support.
- Demonstrated practical diagnostic skills and the ability to safely operate specialized technical tools and equipment.
- EV and high-voltage safety training or recognized technical certifications are distinct advantages.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, possess high integrity, and provide verifiable academic, professional, and employment records.
