Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced, basic, and laser esthetic treatments tailored to individual client skin types and concerns.
- Provide specialized clinical treatments for acne, barrier damage, and textured skin.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate home-care regimens from Brownskingirl BSG Skincare.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and client safety within the treatment rooms.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that build long-term loyalty and trust.
- Keep accurate treatment records and stay updated on modern dermatological and aesthetic trends.
- Relevant professional certifications and qualifications in Esthetician studies or related fields.
- Proven hands-on experience in basic aesthetics, advanced skin treatments, and laser procedures.
- Deep understanding of diverse skin types and specialized care for acne and barrier repair.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
