Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to develop personalized treatment plans and skincare routines.
- Deliver high-quality aesthetic services, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Maintain rigorous hygiene and safety standards during all in-person treatment executions.
- Manage remote client follow-ups, monitor progress, and coordinate appointments using digital tools.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Dang Lifestyle team to align services with brand standards and participate in ongoing skills training.
- Valid certification or license in esthetics, cosmetology, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working as an aesthetician in a modern spa or clinic setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of advanced skincare treatments, dermatological products, and beauty technologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in remote coordination.
