About the Role
Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensure our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while coordinating seamlessly with front desk and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure facilities are exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
- Manage linen inventory, including stocking the linen room, handling laundry sorting, and tracking discards.
- Inspect guest rooms, handle lost and found items, and coordinate arrivals and departures reports.
- Collaborate with the front desk to fulfill special guest requests and arrange welcome amenities.
- Perform detailed deep cleans, clean upholstered furniture, and oversee kitchen cleaning activities.
- Monitor facility maintenance needs and promptly notify management of necessary repairs.
- Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff to deliver stellar service.
- Minimum of SSCE or OND in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in housekeeping supervision within a hospitality or corporate environment.
- Proximity to the work location and basic knowledge of cooking supervision will be significant advantages.
