About the Role

We are currently seeking driven and proficient Estate Surveyors to join our dynamic teams at our Head Office in Lagos as well as expanding opportunities for entry-level and graduate professionals in Abuja. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our core service areas, including property valuation, sales and acquisition, facility management, and general consultancy across diverse property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct accurate valuations of residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties for mortgages, taxation, insurance, and asset audits.
- Manage client properties comprehensively, overseeing maintenance schedules, rent collection, and tenant relations.
- Perform feasibility studies, market research, and provide strategic real estate advisory services to investors and stakeholders.
- Source, inspect, and list properties while actively liaising with prospective clients to close transactions.
- Handle facility management duties, ensuring regulatory compliance, safety standards, and proper utility maintenance.
- Supervise junior surveyors and administrative staff while maintaining strong relationships with property owners and regulatory bodies.
- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Associate Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS); MRICS certification is an added advantage.
- Relevant prior experience in property management, direct sales, or real estate business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern property management software.
- Ability to effectively liaise with legal and regulatory bodies regarding title verification and property regularization.
