About the Role
Aldelia Limited is recruiting a skilled Construction Asset Manager to lead the lifecycle management of major power infrastructure projects in Nigeria. This critical role bridges on-site construction execution with long-term operational asset management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on-site construction management, enforcing strict adherence to project scope, quality standards, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders including TCN, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, logistics, QA/QC, and HSE compliance.
- Facilitate smooth commissioning, testing, and handover processes to operations teams.
- Provide strategic oversight of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) activities post-construction, monitoring plant performance KPIs.
- Manage warranty obligations, resolve defects, and ensure ongoing compliance with grid codes and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure project delivery, with at least 3 years in utility-scale solar PV or power infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, complex stakeholder interfaces, and construction contracts.
- Strong familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
