About the Role
Grassroots Lifesaving Outreach (LESGO) is an impartial, neutral, and independent non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in underserved communities across Nigeria. Established in 2010, we partner with government and humanitarian agencies to promote human dignity and sustainable livelihoods through participatory methodologies. We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented field professionals to join our team as Enumerators for a critical beneficiary verification assignment.
Key Responsibilities- Verify beneficiary information accurately against established registration lists in the field.
- Ensure data accuracy, strict confidentiality, and timely submission of all collected information.
- Report any challenges or bottlenecks encountered during fieldwork promptly to supervisors.
- Support community sensitization and mobilization activities to foster stakeholder engagement.
- Minimum of an OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification; higher educational qualifications will be considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in field data collection, surveys, or humanitarian programs is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and relevant local languages including Bachama, Fulfude, and Hausa.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in remote or insecure environments.
