We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Trainee Auditor to join our dynamic internal audit team and support our continued growth and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in conducting routine financial, operational, and compliance audits across various mall departments and stores.
- Review accounting records, transactions, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Document audit findings clearly and prepare comprehensive working papers for review by senior audit personnel.
- Help identify operational inefficiencies, internal control weaknesses, and potential areas for financial risk.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and stock verification exercises across retail outlets.
- Collaborate with different store departments to gather necessary data and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 to 1 year of relevant internship or NYSC experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and high level of numerical accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- High standards of integrity, professional ethics, and confidentiality.
- Good verbal and written communication skills based in Southwest Nigeria.
