We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled Enterprise Support & Development Partner to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and managing strategic interventions that drive social change and organizational growth for our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic enterprise development support to social entrepreneurs, NGOs, and donor-funded projects.
- Design and facilitate capacity-building programs, workshops, and training sessions for nonprofit professionals.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful delivery of consulting services.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and impact assessments to inform programmatic decisions and donor reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals for prospective clients and partners.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely execution of deliverables within defined scopes and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in business development, consulting, or project management within the social impact sector.
- Strong understanding of the nonprofit ecosystem, philanthropy, and sustainable development frameworks in Africa.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in report writing and strategic planning.
