About the Role
Join Coca-Cola HBC, one of the world's most iconic consumer brands, as our new Enterprise Architect - Data in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will own the architectural direction for enterprise data assets, data platforms, and information management capabilities. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that data capabilities across functions and markets operate as a connected and trusted enterprise ecosystem rather than isolated silos, ultimately driving our digital transformation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Own and evolve the Enterprise Data Architecture vision, strategy, reference models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Partner with Data Governance teams to define and enforce enterprise data architecture principles, standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Govern data movement, integration patterns, and metadata management across enterprise applications to reduce technical debt.
- Define architectural standards for enterprise data platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable access to data.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to align data investments with strategic goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect designing and governing enterprise data architecture within large, complex organizations.
- Deep expertise in Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Warehousing, and Lakehouse Concepts.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Purview, and SAP data solutions.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Working knowledge of TOGAF applied pragmatically to roadmaps, target states, and governance.
