About the Role
Revent Technologies Limited is a premier technology solutions provider for dynamic organizations, offering bespoke software design, developer outsourcing, and expert technology advisory services. We are currently recruiting on behalf of our international client, a global digital cross-border payments service provider operating in over 10 countries. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive strategic technology initiatives, governance, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of enterprise technology strategy, roadmaps, and portfolio prioritization.
- Design and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, standards, and regulatory compliance procedures.
- Lead the Enterprise Architecture practice, establishing reference architectures across business, application, data, and integration layers.
- Define software quality standards, quality gates, and oversee SDLC, Agile, and DevSecOps adherence.
- Partner with information security and risk management teams to identify, assess, and remediate technology risks.
- Participate in vendor evaluations, technology business cases, and investment value realization.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing governance team while building strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
- 8 to 10 years of progressive IT experience with significant exposure to enterprise architecture, IT governance, and strategy.
- Strong working knowledge of recognized frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, and ISO standards.
- Proven track record in financial services, fintech, asset management, or other highly regulated industries.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
