We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Secondary English Teacher to inspire our students, foster academic excellence, and instill strong moral character in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging secondary-level English lessons aligned with our blended curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through innovative teaching methodologies.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and effective classroom management style conducive to optimal learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and comprehensive reports to parents and administration.
- Utilize digital tools and educational technology effectively to enhance modern instructional delivery.
- Collaborate actively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to support holistic student development.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in English Education, B.Sc., or B.A. with a PGDE or equivalent professional teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated strong subject matter expertise and exceptional classroom management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal proficiencies.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and IT platforms for modern teaching and learning.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school setting is an added advantage.
