Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective English language and literature lessons aligned with the British Curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and evaluate well-structured lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of secondary students.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom management environment conducive to optimal learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance the overall curriculum and student development programs.
- Engage with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and holistic growth.
- Minimum age of 30 years and above.
- Proven professional experience teaching English within the British Curriculum at the secondary school level.
- Possession of a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature with exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in modern classroom management techniques and student engagement strategies.
