Key Responsibilities- Understand curriculum requirements and create comprehensive syllabi, stimulating lesson plans, and engaging educational content.
- Analyze the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students to structure targeted lessons and effective assessments.
- Prepare students meticulously for external examinations including SSCE and JSCE within a private school environment.
- Adopt and apply 21st-century teaching techniques both inside and outside the physical classroom.
- Adjust teaching methods dynamically to suit diverse groups of learners and incorporate social skill development into daily activities.
- Possession of an N.C.E, HND, BSc, or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Mathematics, Christian Religious Studies, English Language, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing students for external examinations such as SSCE and JSCE.
- Strong understanding and practical application of modern 21st-century teaching techniques.
